Cancellation Policy

A Makeup Service Contract will be sent to you via email for your completion within 24-48 hours after you book online. Please note that a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. In the event that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, this deposit will be lost. For all missed appointments that are not rescheduled or cancelled within a 24-hour period, you will be charged the full amount. This includes arriving late where your appointment can no longer be accommodated. Your appointment will not be able to be rescheduled without settling your outstanding balance first.
